A clear 14-day refund policy
If a Zitive resource is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. This voluntary policy applies even if you have downloaded the file. Please stop using the resource and delete your copies when a refund is granted.
Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed files
If a file is corrupt, inaccessible or materially different from its description, tell us what went wrong. We will investigate and provide a working replacement or another appropriate remedy. Where applicable law entitles you to a price reduction or refund, we will honour those rights. The 14-day voluntary window does not limit statutory rights.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally bought the same resource more than once, send both order numbers so we can check the duplicate and arrange an appropriate refund.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email support@zitive.com with your order number, product name, purchase date and checkout email address. For a cancellation, a clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough. Optional cancellation wording
“To Zitive: I wish to cancel my purchase of , ordered on [date], order number [number]. My name is [name] and my email address is [email]. Date: [date].” If you send this by post, include your address and signature.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. We aim to issue the refund within 14 days of your valid request; the time it appears in your account depends on the payment provider. We do not charge a refund administration fee.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or reduces rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not treat a download alone as a waiver of cancellation rights. If you believe a legal entitlement applies outside our voluntary policy, contact us with the details.
