Zitive provides digital marketing and business resources through zitive.com. Contact: support@zitive.com, +44 7460 002267, 52 Waincliffe Dr, Beeston, Leeds LS11 8ET, UK.

2. Products and descriptions

Our products are digital files, including PDF guides and an XLSX planning template. No physical item is delivered. Read the product page for the included files, format, compatibility, price and scope before ordering. Product mockups illustrate digital resources.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Review the total and any applicable charges shown at checkout before placing an order. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Download access is released after payment is confirmed. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and return any payment for the unfulfilled item.

4. Delivery and access

Files are provided through download links on the order confirmation page, in the order email and, where applicable, in your account. Provide an accurate email address and keep your download links private. See the Digital Delivery / Download Policy.

5. Your licence

A purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use or internal use within one business. You may print the guides and adapt the worksheets or template for your own work. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly share or present the source files as your own product. Contact us before any use beyond this licence.

6. Educational scope

The resources offer general educational information and planning tools. They do not include personalised consulting or legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice. No revenue, growth or other business outcome is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your decisions and for checking requirements relevant to your circumstances.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund Policy provides a 14-day refund option, including after download, and explains how to report faulty or misdescribed content. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or share another person’s private information. Keep account credentials confidential and tell us if you believe your account has been misused.

9. Support and complaints

Contact support with your order details and the issue you need resolved. Support covers purchase and file-access issues as described in our Customer Support Policy.

10. Liability and applicable rights

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or rights relating to digital content that cannot be excluded. Any mandatory protections available to you under applicable consumer law remain in place.

11. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version provided at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law. Save a copy for your records.
